I called Tasca Buick and GMC in the morning. Talk to Dylan. He sent me up with a sales representative Julian. They had the car I was looking for ready for me to see in front of the dealership and everything just went perfect.! Found the car I was looking for very satisfied! Drove it home that day. They’ve reached out for support to make sure that I’m comfortable in the car and that everything is going well. This is the place to be if you’re looking for a new car!

We had a very good experience at this dealership, being well taken care of by Julian. He listened to all of our needs and wants and showed us what was available without ever pressuring us to buy. It was so nice to feel like we were actually making the decisions and weren’t just buying a car to fill somebody’s quota. He was energetic and helpful throughout the whole process, answering our questions and showing us all the details about the car we were interested in. The only reason we gave four stars instead of five is because we wish we could have worked a better deal on the price, but this was handled by Julian’s manager. A nice guy but also a businessman. We did expect negotiation, and felt like in the end the deal we got was still a good one.

Julian was the best auto salesman I’ve ever had to work with. He was professional and very friendly, and my sale of my Encore went extremely smooth with him. He knew all the details of my car that I was purchasing, which made it a lot easier for me Plus after I purchased the vehicle he went outside with me again to walk me through everything that the car offered. You have a real diamond in the rough with Julian. My experience was exceptional!

An Exceptional Car-Buying Experience at Tasca Clearwater Buying a vehicle has never been my favorite experience, so I was genuinely surprised by how enjoyable and stress-free our recent purchase at Tasca Clearwater turned out to be. From Jacqueline’s first call, to Dillon’s leadership, Cameron’s product knowledge and genuine care, and Johnny’s professionalism, every interaction was thoughtful, transparent, and respectful. We never felt pressured or treated like a transaction. We felt heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. What impressed us most came after the sale. When a potential tire issue required additional inspection, the team immediately took ownership. Even though it was late on a Sunday, they arranged a courtesy vehicle, coordinated the inspection and repair with BMW, and kept us informed until our vehicle was ready. Their guiding principle was simple: “It’s the right thing to do.” That says everything!! Exceptional customer experiences don't happen by accident.
