Paid $101,000.00 for a Yukon and GMC is refusing to replace a cracked HUD cover. Salesman Sean Hamza has been of no help. Disappointed in GMC and Tasca. Guess I’ll see them in court.

Luke, David, and Toby are awesome!! They ( on top of the service techs) are the reason why I bring my old Buick from Tampa to Clearwater for service. I have been coming to this dealership since 2019. I have had no problems with anyone. They honest, funny, and professional. I can say that when it is time to pay for the services I received for my car I TRULY feel it was the best price for the services required to keep my car running. I have never felt like they have taken advantage of me at all. They even go the extra mile by telling me what I will need in the near future, but not right now so I can save up for the next repair. Thank you guys VERY MUCH!!

DO NOT DEAL WITH TASCA - I bought a car from out of state

DO NOT DEAL WITH TASCA - I bought a car from out of state and had communicated my plans to come in and get the car. They asked for a letter from my bank proving the funds which I provided and then after I had a certified check made for the full amount, Tasca demanded a deposit (that I would get back) to hold the car for the weekend. I flew in and bought the car and asked for my deposit back. (overpayment at this point) They said I would be mailed it back in 5 days. Well that was 3 months ago. I’ve called many time and even though they show they owe me the deposit back they keep giving me the runaround. One week it was “we need a manager to approve” the next was that “no one was at the dealership that can sign a check” then I got the “checks in the mail” line. 3 months !!!! On top of that they gave a 30 day temp tag and I had to hound them for the plates after 45 days. TASCA in Clearwater are just typical USED CAR xxxxxxxx. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!

In the past 75 years I've had several less than pleasant encounters at car delerships. We began our journey with Jaclyn, who was exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and listened to our desires well. Jaclyn was the primary reason we continued discussing our requirements with Tasca Clearwater. She arranged a introduction with the General Sales Manager Joe, who formulated the best and final offer, which was nearly everything we wanted. Joe assigned Dan as our salesperson who was professional, experienced, polite, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, never got agitated during our discussions on features or items of interest to us. Dan and Jaclyn's manner and professionalism are clearly the reasons we ultimately purchased our vehicle from Tasca Clearwater. We strongly recommend Tasca Clearwater.

What's worse than a tax collector?

What's worse than a tax collector? A car salesman! I'm sure we've all experienced extreme pressure to buy a car the moment you walk through the dealership door? Tasca Buick in Clearwater, Florida is the antithesis of that experience. On arrival; I was politely greeted by Mark Clagg. A salesman whom from the beginning went above and beyond what one expects! Upon choosing the Buick Envista Avenir; he painstakingly went through the features. My memory is terrible so he reviewed each feature a number of times. He exhibited extreme patience. Mark even programmed the technical features because I lack the technical savvy to do it on my own. During the financing and signing of the contract; i became confused. Joe Clagg (Sales Manager) came to my aid. In my past experiences; the manager usually appears to pressure you into the sell. Joe didn’t do that; he was extremely helpful and walked me through the numbers line by line. I highly recommend Tasca Buick in Clearwater! A large dealership with a mom and pop feel! Trustworthy, professional and customer oriented; far better than the other competition! Highly recommend Tasca Buick(18200 US Highway 19 North in Clearwater, Florida)

I have nothing but the highest praise for Johnny Rangel

I have nothing but the highest praise for Johnny Rangel and Tasca Buick. They were most patient and thorough during my purchase of the car. USAA through which I obtained my loan, took four days to wire the money to the dealership. During that time they held the car for me even though cars are selling like hotcakes due to thousands of cars in my area being flooded by hurricane Helene. Johnny explored every possible discount and made numerous phone calls on my behalf to try to provide me the price that I wished to pay for the car. He also put up with me dropping by every day to see if the money had been wired. When the deal was finally sealed and I purchased the car he took so much time to explain how everything worked on the car. If it were not for Johnny, I would not have purchased a new Buick. He’s an excellent salesman and person. He really does take care of the people who trust in him to find the best deal for the car. I will recommend him to everyone that I meet, and also the dealership who waited so patiently for the money to be sent. (Give Johnny recognition and a bonus for his excellent job.) I usually deal with Nick, but he was out for a bit, so Luke took care of me. I came in for an oil change but also mentioned my breaks sounded odd. Luke said they will look at them. Everything was done in a timely manner and when Nick came in, he met me in the lounge to check in to make sure all was great, and it was. Nice team to work with. Very happy with my experience.

Had my neighbor recommend Tasca. I called and left a message, set up an appointment with Wes and a week later I had my 2024 1500 Sierra AT4 in the color I wanted. Wes Boyln, Frank, Tony & Melvin were helpful throughout the process. Especially want to call out Wes as he was very responsive to my questions throughout the week. Unfortunately, I don’t find many folks responsive in today’s business world, so was very refreshing to have Wes prove there are good folk out there!

I can say without equivocation that purchasing our 2025 vehicle from Tasca Buick Clearwater was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. In the past 75 years I've had several less than pleasant encounters at car delerships. We began our journey with Jaclyn, who was exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and listened to our desires well. Jaclyn was the primary reason we continued discussing our requirements with Tasca Clearwater. She arranged a introduction with the General Sales Manager Joe, who formulated the best and final offer, which was nearly everything we wanted. Joe assigned Dan as our salesperson who was professional, experienced, polite, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, never got agitated during our discussions on features or items of interest to us. Dan and Jaclyn's manner and professionalism are clearly the reasons we ultimately purchased our vehicle from Tasca Clearwater. We strongly recommend Tasca Clearwater.

Went in to have my computer checked as my battery died

Went in to have my computer checked as my battery died and I couldn't connect my phone or voice recognition. I was told to bring it in today, which I did. But the portion of my warranty that covers that has expired, so the young lady told me it would be $235.00 and some change to DIAGNOSE WHAT WAS WRONG. I questioned "it is 235.00 to tell me what is wrong?" She said yes. I have never heard of this in my life. Charging just to tell you what is wrong, and then who knows what the service fee would be to fix whatever the problem was. Of course I said no. Seems like a bit of a scam. Usually, you send something to get fixed, they tell you THEN what the problem is and how much to fix it. This is double dipping on their part. Very nice people there and helpful but really?
