Shopping for cars is something that is a dreadful experience. Courtney was an absolute dream to work with! She listened to our needs, patiently explored options with my 17-year-old son, was understanding that we were looking at other dealerships. She was gracious when we called her back because we wanted her to have the sale. Courtney‘s communication and willingness to get things together before our arrival the next day streamlined our purchased process. While I completed paperwork, she took our son to the truck and patiently went through every feature with him. She helped set up anything that required usernames, passwords, and a lengthy process. 5 Stars are not enough for her and the Tasca dealership on Belleair Road and US 19. Love her!!!!

I once purchased a preowned GMC Acadia Denali, which I sold after buying a Cadillac from an estate. I recently decided to check out a newer vehicle, and after getting quotes on at Dimmit on Cadillacs, and finding them a little pricy, I decided to visit TASCA to look at their GMC Terrain Denalis. My son was with me, and we were warmly greeted by the receptionist Pinky, when we walked in the dealership. Deja Caulk was the first sales person we dealt with, and after I told her what I wanted, she let me test drive a Denali Terrain. After the test drive, we met Joe Clagg, who searched for the colors I wanted. We were introduced to Dan, who helped me with my late husband’s family GMC discount, worked tirelessly to contact General Motors about the Family First Program. Dan was very perceptive when he caught the tone of my voice while showing me photos of the vehicle they found in Melbourne, which was trimmed out in black. He hinted to Joe, that I didn’t like the black, and they found one in Crystal River that was exactly what I wanted. I like all white, with chrome grill, and light interior. Roger, said he would work harder to get me the best deal, when I told him this was my first new car. He worked on my financing, to get me the best interest rate and discounts. Deja called me when the auto arrived, and I came in to see it. WOW, is all I can say! I traded in my 2029 XTS, in the deal, added a $5000 down payment, and with all the discounts TASCA got for me, I was able to finance my new $46,784 vehicle for $27000. Joe found me a beautiful all white, with chrome trim, and pale grey interior GMC Denali Terrain, which I absolutely LOVE. Johnny explained all my options to me, and finished the paperwork on the sale. After the papers were signed, and I was to take possession of the new GMC, Wes sat in the passenger seat and ran through the details I needed to know about the technology. This was very helpful to me, as I am not tech savvy about the new computerized autos. The next day, I returned with more questions for Deja. After answering my list of questions, I mentioned how upset I was about the cost of insurance. We went back in her office, and she pulled up a list of insurance options on her computer. State Farm was charging me over $300 a month for my vehicle. I have been with them, and paying these high premiums for four years. Deja found Polly Insurance in Orlando, who offers the same coverage I was getting from State Farm, but through Progressive for $119 a month. She helped me change to Progressive, and printed out what I needed before I left her office. In my opinion the entire sales department works together as a team to provide the best service , the best deal, and lowest interest rate to the customer. I am very impressed with this dealership. Dillon was an awful manager.
Dillon was an awful manager. I spoke to Joe Clagg who was his replacement while he was out who went above and beyond to help find solutions and provided me with receipts and an email in writing ensuring he would take care of my issue. My vehicle purchase originally done with Dillon so I figured he would also be helpful. Wrong. He seemed to want to get me off the phone as soon as he could and couldn't even call me back when he said he would. He told my wife an accounting manager would reach out and he couldn’t help further. After 6 hours i was finally able to get him on the phone again for him to argue with me that theres nothing more he could do and my problem was with accounting and that im throwing stones at the wrong person. The next day Melvin the finance manager was able to solve my issue in 30 minutes with a quick phone call. He was responsible and courteous and seemed to genuinely care. Most people at Tasca were great. Dillon has no business being a manager.

Our experience in selling a used car to Tasca Buick - Clearwater, FL exceeded all expectations. Initially, I communicated with.Jaclyn Adamson, Business Development Manager at Tasca who expressed interest in assisting us. For us, this process seemed somewhat daunting because we were required to use a designated power of attorney form to sell the vehicle for a family member. On top of that, we were located on the West Coast. Jacqueline was very conscientious in following up over period of four months and set up an appointment when we arrived in Florida. Once we arrived at the dealership, we had the pleasure of meeting Joe Clagg, General Manager who invested a great deal of time assisting us. After he had time to evaluate the vehicle, he prepared an offer for us since this was not a trade-in. The offer was very fair and provided important details that we appreciated. He made sure that this complicated process of selling our vehicle was done strictly by the book which it was. We were able to deliver the vehicle and complete the sale in less than one afternoon and felt that Joe and Jaclyn did everything possible to create a positive experience for us.
