I had an issue with my truck and i was slightly out of warranty by time but under by 10k miles. Joe in service was amazing in helping me thru the process. I was a small amount out of pocket but it certainly could have been triple the amount if i had to pay. Highly recommend tasca gmc for service!!
I am giving this a 3 rating because the sales experience did not compare to other local dealerships where i have purchased. Pricing and add-ins are a no go at this dealership or maybe I didnt have what it takes here. The internet sales manager was great so she deserves a high score. She stayed consistent with following up and she was not pushy. The financing guy also was really good to work with too. The post purchase service department deserves a high score as well. It was the sales process that didnt make it a great experience for me.

Brought my truck to GMC Tasca Clearwater for an engine replacement—it took 2.5 months just to diagnose and install the first engine, only to find out they forgot to order the updated engine mounts. Charles Matthias is the BEST service tech out there. Finally got my little suv running perfectly!!! Luke in the service department also gets the nod for doing his best with pricing and offering a fair deal. This alone will bring me back once my car decides to retire!!!
Sean made purchasing our truck straight forward and no nonsense. Before coming in we visited several other dealerships that did the whole sales playbook which I honestly don’t have the patience or time for.

Bought my GMC truck a 2025 Sierra Denali 6 months ago, my check engine light came on then a message on dashboard said "Service Transmission Soon Might Be Unable To Shift". Next day called Tascos service dept and spoke to Mark Rumpti and he said we can get you right in. Best service I ever had in & out within an hour and even did my 1st oil change.

To be honest, the entire deal was a complete scam. The vehicle has a major problem with the transmission—no wonder they made me sign a waiver agreeing not to claim any warranty coverage. I deeply regret doing business with them.
